Northampton, Do You Recognize These Jewelry Thieves?

Police say the two men took $30,000 worth of jewelry early Monday morning from a vehicle that had been left unlocked.

NORTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Northampton are hoping the public can help them identify two men they say stole $30,000 worth of jewelry from a vehicle on Monday.

At about 4:20 a.m. Monday, Northampton Township Police say someone broke into a vehicle on Golden Gate Drive in the Richboro section of Northampton. Two men were recorded by a homeowner's security-camera system.

Both of the men were wearing gloves and covering their faces. The vehicle was left unlocked in the victim's driveway, police said. The men are believed to have taken about $30,000 worth of jewelry from it.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call police headquarters at 215-322-6111 and ask for Officer McLaughlin or Detective Thomas Martin.
