Northampton Police Seek Man For Burglary, Aggravated Assault

The man has no fixed address, but previously lived in Bristol Township, police said.

NORTHAMPTON, PA — Police in Northampton are asking for the public's help catching a man wanted for burglary, aggravated assault and other crimes.

Matthew Goss, 40, has no fixed address, but previously lived in Bristol Township, police said. He's wanted for an incident that happened at 8:37 a.m. on Tuesday.

Anyone with information about Goss's whereabouts is asked to contact the Northampton Township Police criminal investigation division. If you see Goss, police say, do not approach him, but call 911 instead and give the operator his location.

"The Northampton Township Police department appreciates the tips and cooperation that resulted in locating children and adults reported missing by loved ones and solving crimes," police said in a news release. "The community and police working in partnership helps to keep Northampton safe."
