The Northampton Township Board of Supervisors at its July 24, 2013 meeting approved Resolution R-13-8 renaming the Northampton Senior Center to the "James E. Kinney Senior Center" in honor of his memory. A long time public servant, Jim passed away on April 19, 2013.
