• Police ID suspect in Pa. double shooting that left woman dead, man injured (nbcphiladelphia.com) — A woman is jailed without bail in Northampton County Prison, accused of fatally shooting another woman and wounding a man inside a Freemansburg home over the weekend. Police say both victims were found shot in the living room, and the man remains hospitalized. Investigators have not released the victim's name, a possible motive, or an updated condition for the survivor.
   

• Easton Man Killed When Car Strikes Tree: Coroner (dailyvoice.com) — A 37-year-old Easton man died after his car left South Locust Drive in Lehigh Township and struck a tree, according to Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek. The victim, a Northampton Area Senior High School alum who later graduated from Northampton Community College, is being remembered fondly by family as funeral arrangements are finalized in Easton.
