Slumped-Over Driver Charged With DUI: Northampton Twp PD
A man found slumped over the wheel of a car at the Mallard Creek Shopping Center was charged with DUI and other recent police activity:

Northampton Township Police reported the following recent incidents:
May 23
Accident: Patrol responded to a three-vehicle accident in the Richboro Plaza Shopping Center. The driver reports she was entering the parking lot when she struck a vehicle, causing the struck vehicle to roll back and strike the vehicle behind him. No injuries reported, one vehicle was towed from the scene.

May 24
DUI: Patrol responded to a two-vehicle accident on Anselm Drive near Bryan Drive. A female driver struck a mailbox and a vehicle parked on the roadway. The female driver, who appeared to be under the influence, had minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Criminal Mischief: A resident reported someone keyed their vehicle that was parked in the parking lot at Bennett Place.
May 25
Theft: A person on Harvest Road reported an unknown subject entered his unlocked vehicle and removed a bag of clothing.
Burglary: An unknown person entered a residence on O rthodox Drive through the unlocked sliding glass door, and removed cash and electronics.
Accident: Patrol responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Buck Road and Rockville Road. The driver said she was traveling on Buck Road when she struck a vehicle that pulled out in front of her from Rocksville Road. The driver was transported to the hospital, both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Theft: Someone entered an unlocked car on Harvest Road and removed an iPod. Value $100.00.
Drugs: Patrol conduct a traffic stop due to a vehicle parked on the shoulder of Elm Avenue. A strong odor of marijuana was detected emanating from the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was found in possession of marijuana, he was taken into custody.
Accident: Patrol responded to a two-vehicle accident. The driver reports he was traveling on Second Street Pike when a vehicle pulling out of Twinning Ford Road and struck his vehicle. No injuries reported, minor damage.
May 26
Hit and Run Accident: A resident reported he parked his vehicle in a parking lot off of Bustelton Pike and found that an unknown person struck his vehicle. Moderate damage was reported.
DUI: Patrol responded to the Mallard Creek Shopping Center for a report of a male driver slumped over the steering wheel. Drugs and paraphernalia were in plain view inside the vehicle. The driver was taken into custody.
May 27
Accident: Patrol responded to a two-vehicle accident on Chapel Drive near Dawn Drive. The driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a telephone pole, went across a driveway, and struck a parked car. Minor injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed.
May 28
Accident: Patrol responded to a one-vehicle accident on Elm Avenue. The driver hit a deer that was crossing the roadway. No injuries reported, minor damage.
Accident: Patrol responded to a one-vehicle accident on West Bristol Road at Second Street Pike. The driver reported hitting deer that ran into the roadway. No injuries reported, minor damage.
May 29
Theft: A resident on South Timber Drive near Pebble Drive said someone flattened the tires and entered and removed items from their vehicles.
Accident: Patrol responded to the intersection of Buck Road and Rocksville Road for a two-vehicle accident. The driver reported a vehicle crossed into her lane and struck her vehicle. No injuries reported, minor damage.
Accident: Patrol responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Buck Road and East Holland Road. The driver reported he was stopped in traffic when his vehicle was rear ended. No injuries reported, minor damage.
May 30
Theft: A Clover Road resident reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and removed loose change.
