Theft From Vehicles Under Investigation In Northampton

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Police are investigating an attempted theft from a vehicle on Thursday at 12:38 a.m. on Temperance Lane. A video shows three subjects in dark clothing and face masks entering an unlocked vehicle.

Police are encouraging neighbors to check their cameras from March 6 at 11 p.m. to March 7 at 2 a.m. for suspicious vehicles or subjects.

Police remind residents to lock their vehicles. "As you can see from the video, the subjects don't bother with the locked vehicle after checking the handle. Most of the time this will be the case," police said.
