This Week with Bux-Mont Christian Church

Brother Wayne preached while our Evangelist was away preaching in Virginia. Our preacher will be back this Sunday. This weekend is Memorial Day Weekend, the unofficial start of summer. Sunday is Pentecost Sunday, the day to celebrate when the Lord's Church began. Join us in worship this Sunday.

Here's what's happening this week:

Wednesday, May 20 (6 pm) - Conversations in The Word.. Beginning to read 2 Samuel.

Wednesday, May 20 (7:30 pm) - PugWugs, a special ministry for individuals with special needs.

Sunday, May 24 (9:30 am) - Lord's Day Worship. This week's message in recognizing Pentecost Sunday is "Better Together" from Psalm 133. We will have a special "birthday cake" after worship for the Birthday of the Church.

Sunday, May 24 (10:40 am) - Sunday GROW School. In the auditorium, a class about Discipleship. High School students also meet.

Monday, May 25 - Memorial Day. Honor and remember the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. The Bux-Mont Christian Church office will be closed.

Looking ahead:

Friday, May 29 (7 pm) - Movie Night! Showing Chariots of Fire. Providing free hotdogs, pretzels, soda, and more goodies.

Sunday, May 31 (10:40 am) - Learn about our history in the Restoration Movement.
