Robbers Steal Local Man’s Guns, Truck at Gunpoint, Police Say
Two burglars allegedly approached the victim in masks as he was entering his home early Wednesday morning.

A 42-year-old man was threatened at gunpoint and bound in his basement of his Kutztown Road home in Upper Hanover while robbers stole guns and cash, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
When the victim, of the 2900 block of Kutztown Road, arrived home at 12:50 a.m. Wednesday, two men wearing black masks forced him inside the residence with a handgun, according to police.
The victim was tied up in his basement while the two men rummaged through his residence, stealing an undisclosed amount of money and ten guns, including two pistols and eight long guns, police said.

The burglars then fled the scene in the victim’s 2006 silver Ford F-150 truck, according to the PSP.
The victim described the robbers as white men; one is described as 5-foot, 11-inches and weighs 180 pounds, the other described as 5-foot, 7-inches and weighs 205 pounds, police said.
