‘The Office’ Star Kate Flannery Headlines 4th Annual Pottstown Film Festival Oct. 9–11

The 4th Annual Pottstown Film Festival returns to Downtown Pottstown October 9–11, 2026, bringing three days of independent films, documentaries, student films, filmmaker Q&As, industry professionals, special events and more to High Street.

This year’s festival is headlined by Philly’s own Kate Flannery, best known as Meredith Palmer on NBC’s The Office. Flannery will join the festival for a special Opening Night screening and live Q&A discussing The Office, her career in television and film, her Philadelphia-area roots and more.

Saturday features a full day of programming, including a Student Film Block, short films, documentaries and filmmaker Q&As, along with a special Industry Panel featuring a professional actor, director and Los Angeles producer discussing the realities of working in film and television and answering questions from the audience.

Festival Founder and Director (and Pottstown Native) Kyle Klaus will also present a special screening of his first filmmaking experience from college, bringing his filmmaking journey full circle more than 20 years later.

Saturday evening will be headlined by the feature documentary BLOOD & GUTS, followed by the festival’s official afterparty at JJ Rattigan’s.

The festival continues Sunday with additional documentary screenings and Q&As before concluding with the 4th Annual Pottstown Film Festival Awards Ceremony.

Now entering its fourth year, the Pottstown Film Festival was created to bring independent filmmakers, actors and entertainment-industry professionals to Pottstown while giving the community an opportunity to experience great films, meet the people behind them and learn more about the filmmaking process.
