About Anahata Yoga & Wellness Center
When you practice yoga with us here at Anahata, we hope you notice that our classes are a bit different than what you might encounter on YouTube, in gyms and other studios. As a team of teachers (there are more than a dozen of us!), we believe that the body responds in a happier way to slow, mindful movement. We coordinate breath with movement. We remind you to be present. It’s a safer way to practice. It’s a practice that is counter to the way of the life that so many of us experience…deadlines, rushing from one activity to the next, eating meals on the run.
In addition to yoga, we offer a variety of workshops and special events. Our Healing Arts offer includes massage, reiki, thai yoga and ayurvedic treatments.
