Celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday this week with lots of reading and library events, or head over to the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy for Animal Adventure Hour!

Why go: Learn about “Animal Surprises,” with delightful stories that will tickle your funny bone! The event is designed for 3- to 6-year-olds. Preregistration is required.

Why go: A wonderful group of library volunteers put together story hour every Thursday morning with crafts, games and stories for the whole family.

Why go: Celebrate the birthday of a favorite children’s author, Dr. Seuss, with stories, activities and snacks. Meet the Cat in the Hat!

Why go: The museum offers creative parent-child play sessions. An Instrument Safari workshop explores the wild world of musical instruments.
