Two Men Charged in Fatal Brian’s Café Shooting
One of the alleged shooters is in custody; the other is still sought by authorities.
Two men have been charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Victor Binilla-Baez outside of Brian’s Café in Pottstown on March 22, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.
Michal Hinton and his cousin, Maurice Andrews Jr., of Pottstown, have been charged with first, second and third-degree murder and related offenses in connection with the shooting.
