1 Rescued After Morning Crash In Lower Merion

LOWER MERION, PA — One person was rescued after their car flipped over a stone wall and into the woods in Lower Merion early Thursday.

The incident occurred in the Rosemont section of the township in the morning hours.

It's not yet clear what led to the accident, but it only involved one vehicle, a white SUV.

The vehicle flipped over a stone wall and rolled down an embankment into the woods, officials said.

One individual who was trapped in the car was rescued and treated by Narberth Ambulance.

No other injuries were reported.
