Body Found Atop Philly SEPTA Train Was Possible 'Thrill Seeker'
The identity of the victim found atop a SEPTA train in Philadelphia on Monday has not yet been released.

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are continuing to investigate after a body was found atop a train on SEPTA's Market-Frankford line on Monday morning.
The victim may have been a "thrill seeker" killed accidentally, authorities said. His identity has not yet been released.
The body was found at Girard Station in Fishtown just before noon on Monday.

A video of a man discovering the body was posted Monday to Instagram. According to NBC Philadelphia, the man made the discovery was a graffiti artist who saw a "shadow" on top of the train and went up to investigate.

Officials blocked the area off for several hours and used buses to take passengers from Berks Station to 15th Street. There were delays of up to 15 minutes.
Investigators are continuing to review surveillance footage to determine what might've happened.
