Bruce Springsteen Postpones All 2023 Concerts Due To Illness
The news comes after he postponed two Philly shows in August, then all shows planned for September, as he deals with peptic ulcer disease.

PHILADELPHIA — Misery loves company, and that's true for Bruce Springsteen fans in Philadelphia and now in many other places, as The Boss has postponed all remaining 2023 concerts.
On social media Wednesday, the legendary singer-songwriter from New Jersey announced all remaining 2023 tour dates for Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will be postponed until 2024.
Springsteen, 74, has been dealing with peptic ulcer disease for several weeks.

The news of his remaining tour's postponement comes less than a month after he postponed all September concerts.
And before that, he postponed two concerts planned for Citizens Bank Park on Aug. 16 and Aug. 18.

Those two concerts have been rescheduled for Aug. 21 and Aug. 23, 2024 at Citizens Bank Park.
When Springsteen announced the Philly shows were postponed, an unspecified illness was listed as the impetus.
It's unclear if peptic ulcer disease played a factor in the Philadelphia postponement.
According to the Mayo Clinic, peptic ulcers are open sores that develop on the inside lining of the stomach and the upper portion of the small intestine. The most common symptom of a peptic ulcer is stomach pain.
As for the postponed 2023 concerts, rescheduled dates for each of the 2023 shows, including those postponed earlier this month, will be announced next week, all taking place at their originally scheduled venues, according to a social media post from Springsteen.
Those unable to attend on the new date who purchased their tickets through official ticketing companies have 30 days to request a refund.
All tickets for postponed performances will remain valid for the newly announced dates.
"Thanks to all my friends and fans for your good wishes, encouragement, and support," Springsteen said. "I'm on the mend and can't wait to see you all next year."
