Ed Sheeran Playing 'Intimate' Show In Philadelphia June 2
The pop superstar is embarking on a small tour, promising intimate performances along it, and will be making a stop at The Met In Philly.

PHILADELPHIA — Ed Sheeran is used to playing massive arenas and stadiums due to his global stardom.
But a newly announced slate of shows promises intimate performances, making stops at theaters and auditoriums in 14 North American cities.
And among those cities is Philadelphia.

Sheeran will play The Met Philadelphia on June 2 with support by Russ.
To ensure more tickets get into the hands of fans who want to go to his shows, Sheeran is using Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan technology for his " - Tour."

Verified Fan uses a registration system to help filter out buyers looking to resell tickets.
Registration is open now and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday.

The Verified Fan Onsale is set to begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
This June 2 show is planned a day before he plays Lincoln Financial Field for his "+ - = x TOUR."
Sheeran will be supported by Dylan and Khalid at his Lincoln Financial Field concert.
The newly announced initmate show tour supports Sheeran’s new album “ – ", which will be released on May 5 via Atlantic Records and is available for pre-order here.
Sheeran wrote and recorded the 14-track record with Aaron Dessner of The National in February 2022.
Last week saw the arrival of the album’s opening track “Boat,” following lead single “Eyes Closed,” which marked Sheeran's 14th #1 in the UK, earning him the third most chart toppers in UK history, behind only Elvis Presley and the Beatles.
To coincide with the arrival of “ – “, the all-new, four-part documentary “Ed Sheeran: The Sum of It All” will begin streaming on Disney+ starting May 3.
