PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia animal rescue group is asking for emergency donations after they saved a paralyzed dog from train tracks in the city.

"He has literally been laying his body down and the train has been going over him," the group said on social media.
The group said it's unclear if Lucky was unable to use his legs when he was left on the tracks or if he was hit by a train.

According to the group, a collar and leash were found next to him on the tracks, with the collar unclipped.
