Philly Spot Serves One Of America's Best Tacos: Daily Meal

PHILADELPHIA — Tacos are one of Americans' favorite foods. And here in Philly, we have one of the best taco offerings in the country, according to list from the Daily Meal.

The Daily Meal released its list of "America's 75 Best Tacos" on the heels of Cinco de Mayo.

Among the 75 best was Center City's El Vez.

El Vez, one of Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr's many hot spots, came in at No. 37 on the list with its shrimp tacos.

It was the shredded beef tacos at El Parasol in Santa Fe, New Mexico that took the top spot.
