Rape, Kidnapping, More Filed In SEPTA Sexual Assault Incident

Authorities said a 23-year-old man sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl near the Broad and Race street SEPTA station last week.

PHILADELPHIA — Authorities in Philadelphia have filed rape, kidnapping, and more charges against a man they said sexually assaulted a teen girl last week outside a SEPTA station.

Quadir H. Jones, 23, of Philadelphia, is charged with rape, kidnapping, aggravated assault, robbery, false imprisonment, firearm crimes, and more in connection with an incident Friday morning.

Fox 29 reports Jones is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl on Friday outside the Broad and Race SEPTA station.

Authorities said Jones told the victim he had a gun and forced the victim into a parking garage where the alleged assault occurred.
