Baby Lucky requires daily medication to live.
Fortunately, within a day, Lucky was returned to the store. Police said that tips from the public were crucial in helping them track down Bogert and Rosario.
Rosario was taken into custody for a different set of charges unrelated to this case on Sept. 5. He faces ocunts of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, and corruption of minors. A preliminary hearing was held on Sept. 18 before Judge Donatelli and his case was handed over to Chester County Court.
Bogert faces the same three charges. Police said she was given an opportunity to turn herself in but failed to do so.
