2 Dead After Saturday Night Crash In Chester County

Two people are reportedly dead after a crash in Chester County late Saturday night, police confirmed.

The incident occurred at 11:43 p.m. on the 1000 block of Pottstown Pike near the intersection with Grove Road.

Police said a Volvo struck a Ford Escape head-on, killing both individual inside of the Escape.

The victims were identified as West Chester residents Maria De Los Angeles and Roque Rangel-Marmolejo.

The driver of the Volvo, identified only as a woman, was taken to Paoli Hospital for non-life threatening injuries after the crash, police said.

The incident remains under investigation.
