2 Phoenixville Men Busted Selling Guns To Undercover Cops
A pair of Phoenixville men have been arrested after selling firearms to undercover policemen.
PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A pair of Phoenixville men have been arrested after selling firearms to undercover policemen, authorities announced Wednesday.
Jason Brode and Jeffrey Simmons Sr. were taken into custody on Oct. 6 after selling two guns, police said.
The men allegedly shared an apartment in the first block of Gay Street, which, when searched, was found to hold several firearms.

One of the firearms was found to be stolen upon investigation, authorities said.
Both have waived their preliminary hearings and have been remanded to Chester County Prison as they await their next court dates.
