Chester County Man Faces Charges After Exposing Himself, Police Say
Police said that the man exposed himself to passerby at around 1 a.m.

WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself to passerby on High Street, according to a police department incident report.
Charles Lesesne, 47, was walking on the 100 block of South High Street on April 28 at around 1:11 a.m., police said.
As pedestrians walked by, Lesesne allegedly exposed himself, police said.

Police quickly arrested Lesesne, who was arrested charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and public indecency. He was processed and later released.
A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
