Three Chester County contractors face legal action for taking money and then damaging homes or leaving work half-finished.
A total of 35 home contractors across Pennsylvania were named Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office this week after violating state laws or reguations on various construction issues.

- Breathe Easy Ventilation, Inc. and Joseph J. Rappa (lawsuit)
- M & M Tree Service, Inc. d/b/a M & M Tree and Landscaping Service (assurance of voluntary compliance)
- Element Kitchen & Bath Design, LLC and Michael J. Sheehan
The legal actions also address issues of registration, use of contracts that failed to comply with HICPA requirements, and failing to begin work or completing work in a shoddy manner.
