Man Caught Masturbating In Providence Town Center Parking Lot

UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA — A man who reportedly exposed himself and masturbated in front of a woman in the Providence Town Center has been convicted and sentenced to probation.

John Charles Thomas, 24, will undergo one year of court supervision after pleading guilty to indecent exposure, according to court documents.

The Times Herald reports that the incident occurred in Jan. 2017 at the Wegmans parking lot.

A woman was putting groceries in her car when she looked over at the car next to him and saw a man sitting there who was gesturing down to his lap, where he was masturbating, according to the report.

She reported the man to the store and Thomas was arrested shortly thereafter.
