Man Raped 12-Year-Old Girls At 21st Birthday Party In Chesco, Police Say: Report
An ex-Chester County man has been charged with rape in connection with incidents involving two 12-year-old girls on his 21st birthday.

A former resident of Chester County has been arrested and charged with rape in connection with an incident involving two 12-year-old girls on his 21st birthday, police said.
Devin Edward Storf, 22, who now resides in Moycock, North Carolina, was arrested on July 28, according to court documents. He was arraigned in East Goshen.
The Pottstown Mercury reports that detectives were tipped off anonymously and that they interviewed both of the victims, who described the sexual assaults at the East Whiteland party in June of 2016.

The girls reportedly knew Storf through family friends. He continued to sexually assault one of the girls on 15 more occasions between June 2016 and March 2017.
Storf has been charged with rape of a child under 13, indecent assault of a child under 13, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and several more related counts.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 25.
Storf is a graduate of Great Valley High School in Malvern.
