Man Struck By Truck In Phoenixville Hit And Run: Cops
After striking the man near Bridge Street, the black pickup truck drove over the victim's foot and sped away from the scene.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A man was struck by a black pickup truck which then quickly fled the scene in downtown Phoenixville on Monday afternoon, police said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred on Hall Street near Bridge Street at around 1 p.m. Monday.
The victim, a 33-year-old Phoenixville resident, was knocked to the ground and had his foot run over by the truck as it sped away, police said.

As the truck fled, the victim saw a partial license plate: YGK.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 50s with long blonde hair, according to authorities.
The victim was treated at Phoenixville Hospital and is recovering.
