New Fitness Center with Low, Retro Price Opens in Oaks

Retro Fitness Oaks Provides Local Community with a High-Value Gym Option at a Skinny Price

Retro Fitness, one of the nation’s leading low-cost, high-value fitness concepts, has opened its newest Pennsylvania location at 122 Mill Road, Unit J-1020 in Oaks.

The 14,000 square-foot facility blends vibrant color schemes into a fun, energetic atmosphere where gym members can comfortably meet their fitness goals. With an affordable monthly membership of just $19.99, gym members have access to a full collection of top-of-the line strength equipment and cardio machines from industry leaders, complete with individual flat-screen television monitors, among several other amenities.

“We opened Retro Fitness to provide the community with a facility that will help them achieve their health and fitness goals at a fraction of the cost, but without skimping out on the necessities needed for a good workout,” said Michael Rinaldi, co-owner of the new Retro Fitness Oaks, commenting on his decision to become a Retro Fitness franchisee. He added, “Retro Fitness offers a clean and welcoming environment for every member to achieve success without feeling intimidated or overwhelmed—no matter their fitness level. We look forward to helping the local community stay on top of their goals!”

Adding to the excitement, Retro Fitness Oaks offers a variety of live classes, including spin, Zumba, circuit training, among other options. Members can also work up a sweat in the popular cardio movie theater that houses a variety of cardio equipment instead of seats and plays movies on a large screen throughout the day. Additional member amenities include one-on-one personal training, full-service locker rooms, a supervised children’s playroom, the latest in tanning technology, a full-service pro-shop and a Retro Blends Smoothie Café, all within a high-energy, social atmosphere.

Retro Fitness Oaks also offers members a free mobile app. From tracking workouts and joining company-wide challenges to setting goals and sharing updates with members and friends, the app is intended to be a true workout companion to help keep members motivated and on track with reaching their goals. It can also be linked to third-party fitness platforms: statistics from wearable fitness technology (Fitbit®, UP by Jawbone®, etc.) and other apps like MyFitnessPal can also be included in the aggregated data stream.

“Retro Fitness is not just about giving members a workout facility to help them achieve their fitness goals, it’s about providing an experience that keeps them wanting to come back to achieve those goals and push themselves even further,” Rinaldi added. “Members can change their lives for less than 75 cents a day—you can’t beat that price with our amenities.”

Retro Fitness Oaks will be open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
