No Injuries After Weekend Crash On Route 23 In Phoenixville

Traffic was diverted off of Route 23 as crews responded to the scene.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — No one was injured after a single-vehicle crash on Route 23 in Phoenixville early Sunday morning.

The Phoenixville Fire Department and Trappe EMS responded to the scene at around 1 a.m. on Sept. 17 near the intersection of Route 23 and Township Line Road.

The vehicle had lost control and swerved into a drainage ditch, authorities said.

The driver was able to get out of the vehicle with no problems and did not require medical treatment, according to the fire department.

Traffic was briefly diverted off of Route 23 as the accident was cleared.
