Breaking: Black Rock Road was shut down on Wednesday after a crash into a utility pole brought down electrical wires.
PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Black Rock Road was shut down on Wednesday morning following an accident, police said.
The incident occurred between the Route 113 bridge and Riverwalk Drive. That is the stretch that is shut down.
Police said a car hit a utility pole, bringing down wires.
