Phoenixville Man Charged With DUI After Car Found In Ditch
Police found the suspect still behind the wheel "smelling of alcoholic beverage."
PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- A Phoenixville man has been charged with driving under the influence after police found his car in a ditch, according to East Pikeland Police.
Police were called to the scene of an accident at the intersection of Pike Springs Road and Hares Hill Road at 5:20 p.m. on May 1.
When police investigated they found Daniel Justin Calaman, 26, behind the wheel. He "smelled of alcoholic beverage," police said.

Calaman failed sobriety tests given at the scene, and was arrested.
A hearing has been set for a later date.
