Police in Phoenixville are getting ready for St. Patrick's Day, and all that comes with it.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Police in Phoenixville are planning increased patrols for St. Patrick's Day.

Specifically, they warned any revelers coming to Phoenixville not to drive.

There will be numerous parking spots set up designated for Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis only.

"If you do get arrested for acting up, we will not be serving green cheese sandwiches in the cell blocks as requested last year," police added.

Several other police departments around the area have also announced increased aggressive and drunk driving enforcement patrols for the coming weekend.
