Phoenixville Police Donate $500 To PAL
The PAL aims to "advance the well-being of youth in the Phoenixville area through sports as well as educational activities."

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- The Phoenixville Police Association donated $500 to the Phoenixville Police Athletic League recently to support their programs for children, the organization announced in a release.
During a check presentation, Phoenixville sergeants Patrick Mark and Brian Marshall handed the donation to the Schuylkill Township police department's Officer McNelly, who is a representative of the Police Athletic League.
PAL, established in 1999, states that their mission is to "advance the well-being of youth in the Phoenixville and surrounding areas through participation in sports as well as educational activities."

Phoenixville PAL programs include babysitting classes, boxing, golf clinics, and wrestling, among other activities.
