Primary Election Day In Phoenixville: Who's On The Ballot

Tuesday is Primary Election Day in Pennsylvania. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Tuesday is Primary Election day across Pennsylvania.

In Phoenixville, the Democratic ballot has U.S. Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (PA-6) running uncontested for the party's nomination in Congress. This would be her second term, if she wins the general election in November.

Her opponent in November will be Republican John Emmons, who is alone on the Republican ballot for that race.

In the 155th District, Republican Michael Thomas Taylor is alone on the ballot.

State Rep. Danielle Friel Otten is opposed by Uwchlan Township's Rose Danese for the Democratic seat in the 155th.

The final race on the ballot is the 19th senatorial district, where Republican Kevin Runey of London Grove is running unopposed in the primary. On the Democratic side, sitting State Rep. Carolyn Comitta faces challenges from both Kyle Boyer of Tredyffrin and Don Vymazal of Phoenixville.

Polls will open Tuesday, June 2 at 7 a.m. Voters can cast ballots up until 8 p.m., and drop off ballots at one of 10 different drop-off boxes countywide until 8 p.m.
