An 8.6 acre parcel of prime retail real estate just off 422 is going up for auction.

ROYERSFORD, PA -- An 8.6 acre of prime retail real estate is going up for auction just off Route 422 in Royersford.

The property, located at 543 N. Lewis Road, is at the intersection between the super Wawa and the WSFS Bank, auction organizers said.

The auction, organized by Max Spann Real Estate Auction and Co., is accepting bids until 1 p.m. on April 19.

“The zoning allows for restaurant, retail, office, medical, hotel, movie theater and auto dealership,” said Bob Dann, executive vice president and chief operations officer for Max Spann, in a statement. “The property is in a high density area with high visibility.”
