State Rep. Shusterman To Hold Vaccine Town Hall By Phone

PA Rep. Melissa Shusterman said her staff is busy fielding countless calls about vaccinations, so she's holding a town hall March 2.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — State Rep. Melissa Shusterman (D-157th) will partner with local health officials to host a vaccine telephone town hall at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 2.

Shuster represents people in Chester and Montgomery counties. The town hall will include input from Chester County Commissioner Marian Moskowitz and Janet Panning, a representative from the Montgomery County Office of Public Health.

It will discuss the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, accessibility, eligibility, and other issues. Shusterman said, "Vaccine distribution is one of the biggest frustrations facing our area right now. With this situation rapidly developing, I wanted to bring folks together to hear from both myself and county officials on what we have identified as the biggest challenges in vaccine distribution, and the changes being implemented to address them."
