Chester County Commissioners recently met in Phoenixville to discuss and approve county government business and to recognize local organizations making contributions to the Phoenixville region. Technical College High School (TCHS) animal science instructor Taryn McCaffrey, along with two program seniors, Melanie Becker (Phoenixville Area School District) and Tammy Twadell (Owen J. Roberts School District), were invited to provide program updates.
