Two Men Shot Overnight In Phoenixville, Police Investigating

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Two men were shot in Phoenixville in the early hours of Saturday morning, the Phoenivxille Police Department said.

The incident occurred at about 3:15 a.m. Saturday morning on the 200 block of Church Street.

Both victims were taken to the hospital, where they are expected to make full recoveries, police said.

A motive is unclear, and the situation surrounding the incident remains murky.

“It is to early at this point to speculate on a motive with any certainty, so we will reserve that comment until we have time to conduct a more thorough investigation,” police said in a statement on Facebook.
