Allegheny County Continues Ballot Count
Here's the latest on the county's attempt to county ballots from Tuesday's election.

PITTSBURGH, PA —Allegheny County officials began scanning ballots this morning, and as of the latest update early this afternoon, 15,118 additional ballots have been scanned and the results uploaded to the county's results page.
The county announced in October that nearly 29,000 incorrect ballots were sent to voters and, as a result new, corrected ballots were issued to those voters. The effort to reconcile those ballots with the voters will be done as part of the Return Board process. Additionally, there are an unknown number of ballots that will need to be resolved with the Elections Division in consultation with the Law Department. The review of those ballots will begin later on Wednesday and updates and numbers of those will be provided as they are available, county officials said in a release.
The county currently does not have a count of provisional ballots cast and will likely not have those numbers for several days.
