Allegheny County Reports No New Coronavirus Deaths
Here are the latest coronvirus case numbers for Allegheny County and southwestern Pennsylvania.
PITTSBURGH, PA - For the second consecutive day, no new coronavirus deaths were reported by the Allegheny County Health Department on Monday. The death toll in the county during the outbreak remains at 143.
The number of coronavirus cases climbed to 1,641, up from 1,603 on Sunday and 1,595 on Saturday.
Two hundred and ninety-four people have been hospitalized in the county during the outbreak, up from 292 on Sunday and 290 on Saturday.

With 517 confirmed cases in Beaver County, 427 in Westmoreland County, 203 in Butler County and 131 in Washington County, that brings the total number of cases in the five-county southwestern Pennsylvania region to 2,919. That's up from 2,876 on Sunday.
According to the state Department of Health, there have now been been 268 coronavirus deaths
thus far in the five-county region: One hundred and forty-three in in Allegheny County, 83 in Beaver County, 32 in Westmoreland County, six in Butler County and four in Washington County. That's the same as Sunday.
