Allegheny County Reports No New Coronavirus Deaths
Here are the latest coronavirus case numbers for Allegheny County and southwestern Pennsylvania.

PITTSBURGH, PA - For the third consecutive day, no new coronavirus deaths were reported in Allegheny County, the county health department announced Thursday. The death toll in the county during the outbreak remains at 144.
The number of coronavirus cases climbed to 1,718, up from 1,687 on Wednesday and 1,658 on Tuesday.
Three hundred and thirteen people people have been hospitalized in the county during the outbreak, up from 310 on Wednesday and 304 on Tuesday.

With 539 confirmed cases in Beaver County, 432 in Westmoreland County, 208 in Butler County and 130 in Washington County, that brings the total number of cases in the five-county
southwestern Pennsylvania region to 3,027.
According to the state Department of Health, 288 people have died thus far in the five-county region: One hundred forty-four in Allegheny County, 70 in Beaver County, 38 in Westmoreland County, 12 in Butler County and five in Washington County.
