Allegheny County Restaurant Dine-In Ban: Here's What It Means
Forget about getting a table at your favorite restaurant for at least the next two weeks.
PITTSBURGH, PA - Gov. Tom Wolf's emergency edict Sunday banned eating and drinking inside Allegheny County restaurants and bars, but it doesn't necessarily mean you won't be able to get food at your favorite eateries.
Wolf's emergency order mandates the closure of dine-in facilities in Allegheny, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Mongomery counties for 14 days to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. But the order does not apply to carry-out, delivery and drive-through food and beverage service.
Businesses that don't adhere to the order could face enforcement action.
