Citizens Bank Hires Jason Jones as Community Development Manager
Jones to play a pivotal role connecting Citizens with community leaders in Greater Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH – Citizens Commercial Banking has announced the hiring of Jason Jones as Community Development Market Manager for the Greater Pittsburgh region. In this role, he will play a pivotal role connecting Citizens with community leaders.
Jones joins Citizens from Idea Foundry, an economic development agency in Pittsburgh, where he served as Director of Entrepreneurship. He also works as an adjunct professor at the Community College of Allegheny County, where he teaches students about business development and entrepreneurship. Jones previously served as Community Development Divisional Manager for Woodforest National Bank. He received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and his Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University.
Jones currently serves on several boards, including the Urban Redevelopment Authority. He has received a number of awards such as the New Pittsburgh Courier’s Fab 40 and Pittsburgh Magazine’s 40 under 40.
