City Of Pittsburgh: Oporto Street Complete Closure

PITTSBURGH, PA (June 16, 2021) Oporto Street between Shamokin Street and Huron Street in the South Side Slopes neighborhood will be fully closed to all traffic indefinitely. The heavy rains over the past few days have caused a landslide which necessitated the closure.

Vehicular access to Huron Street will only be available from Baldauf Street. Signage indicating the closure will be placed by the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure’s (DOMI) traffic division.
