The restriction is necessary to allow the contractor to pave the newly constructed concrete roadway and for the installation of traffic poles and signals at the intersection of Webster Avenue/Bigelow Blvd. and Chatham Street associated with the “CAP Project”.
Traffic will be detoured to Sixth Avenue, to Center Avenue, and then to Washington Place. When travelling through the work area, use caution and expect delays.
