Consumer Alert Issued For Pittsburgh Restaurant & Banquet Hall

PITTSBURGH, PA - The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for the The Restaurant at Grand View Golf Club in North Braddock.
An inspection Monday revealed two dead mice and one dead decayed mouse on sticky boards below shelving in the dry storage area. The inspector noted the rodent issue was a repeat violation. Fresh mouse droppings were present on shelving storing condiments and multiple rodent entry sites were found in the dry storage area.
Inspectors also found a plastic bag of hot dog buns at the hot dog station was chewed. Fresh mouse droppings were present on croutons stored in the dish area.

The inspection also revealed various foods being stored at unsafe temperatures.
