PITTSBURGH, PA - The Allegheny County Health Department issued consumer alerts to eight eateries over the summer. What follows is a summary of the various violations and whether or not the alert has been lifted.

  • Las Palmas, Brookline

Violation: Unsafe cold-holding temperatures; improper cooling of foods; lack of sufficient and properly functioning refrigeration; cross-contamination not prevented; poor employee hygiene; lack of sufficient and properly functioning handwashing facilities; and fly infestations.
