PITTSBURGH, PA - The Allegheny Health Department has ordered a popular Swissvale tavern to close until serious health and safety violations are addressed. Roundz Lounge on South Braddock Avenue in Swissvale was shut down following an inspection on Thursday.

The closure was mandated after an inspector found fecal matter pouring out of the men's restroom and an active sewage backup in the building. Additionally, water throughout the tavern was not draining.

The inspector also observed an employee in uniform cleaning fecal matter coming from the men's room. The men's restroom was deemed inoperable because the toilet has been removed.
