Kennywood March Madness: Rides Pitted Against Each Other
Coinciding with the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, the West Mifflin amusement park is holding its own ride-themed tournament.
WEST MIFFLIN, PA —The NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament is now underway. So is Kennywood's March Madness 2023 in which people will vote to crown the West Mifflin amusement park's fan favorite ride.
This year's tournament has classic and thrills brackets, and the first round on March 16-17 leaves people with some difficult choices:
Classics Bracket

- Jack Rabbit vs. Cosmic Chaos
- Exterminator vs. Sky Rocket
- Black Widow vs. Aero 360
- Thunderbolt vs. Old Mill
Thrills Bracket
- Phantom's Revenge vs. Cosmic Chaos
- Exterminator vs. Sky Rocket
- Black Widow vs. Aero 360
- Steel Curtain vs. Swing Shot
The second round will occur March 25-26, the third March 31-April 1. The championship takes place April 2-3. Voting takes place via Twitter polls.
