LA Fitness Opening Downtown Pittsburgh Location: Report
The fitness chain reportedly has found a location in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh.
PITTSBURGH, PA - LA Fitness is poised to open a Downtown Pittsburgh location. The fitness chain will move into space in the old G.C. Murphy's store that formerly housed the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh's Downtown Branch.
Citing unnamed real estate, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported LA Fitness would open sometime this year. The YMCA space in the former Murphy's building has been vacant since the YMCA left after filing for bankruptcy in 2018.
